By booking travel services through Kin Sea Adventures, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Role of the Travel Advisor

Kin Sea Adventures, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor, arranging travel services offered by third-party suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers.

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the individual suppliers.

2. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking, including full legal names as they appear on government-issued identification, dates of birth, and contact details.

Kin Sea Adventures, LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to availability and change until payment is received and confirmed.

  • Some suppliers may require full payment at booking; others may allow deposits with final payment due by a specified date.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation and penalties imposed by the supplier.

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the policies of the travel supplier(s).

  • Many reservations are non-refundable or carry penalties.

  • Kin Sea Adventures, LLC does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees.

  • Change fees may apply and vary by supplier.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Coverage may include trip cancellation/interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and baggage loss.

If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for any losses, cancellations, or disruptions that may occur.

6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry regulations for all destinations. Requirements may change at any time.

Kin Sea Adventures, LLC is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or additional costs due to improper documentation.

7. Health, Safety & Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather disruptions, political instability, or acts beyond our control.

By booking through Kin Sea Adventures, LLC, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that Kin Sea Adventures, LLC is not responsible for events outside its control.

8. Force Majeure

Kin Sea Adventures, LLC shall not be liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, travel restrictions, labor strikes, terrorism, or supplier insolvency. In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduled travel are subject solely to the policies of the travel supplier(s).

9. Supplier Responsibility

Travel suppliers are responsible for the delivery of their services. Kin Sea Adventures, LLC is not liable for:

  • Supplier bankruptcy or financial default

  • Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations

  • Acts of God, weather events, or force majeure

Any disputes regarding supplier services must be resolved directly with the supplier.

10. Fees & Professional Services

Planning fees, service fees, or consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and compensate Kin Sea Adventures, LLC for professional time, expertise, and services rendered.

11. Communication & Documentation

Clients agree to review all travel documents promptly and notify Kin Sea Adventures, LLC of any errors immediately. Failure to do so may result in penalties or additional costs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kin Sea Adventures, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel arrangements booked through our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Kin Sea Adventures, LLC operates.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment or authorizing Kin Sea Adventures, LLC to book travel on your behalf, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
